Drawing and painting have always been a great interest. My uncle was a painter and my father carved and sculpted in wood. I learned a lot from them. As a young man, I had many ideas about how I wanted to express myself on canvas and develop my painting, choice of style, media, etc. I was big fan of the early expressionists and the surrealists like Salvador Dali. Mood and season, of course, is relevant to how I want to paint. Right now fascinates me, a kind of expressive surrealism with imaginative faces and figures, but also ordinary environments and landscapes.
